Terms of Service
BetaLast updated: 12 June 2026
These terms cover your use of Vacator, an early-access (beta) tool that builds pre-filled travel search links. By using it, you agree to what's below. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Vacator does
Vacator takes a description of your trip and generates pre-filled search links for third-party travel sites (Skyscanner, Booking.com, Expedia, Airbnb and Vrbo). It does not sell flights or accommodation, does not take payment, and does not make bookings. Every booking or purchase happens on the third-party site, under that site's own terms.
2. Beta software — provided “as is”
Vacator is in beta and offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. It may be unavailable, contain errors, or produce inaccurate or incomplete results. Use it at your own discretion and always verify details on the destination site before booking.
3. No guarantee on prices, availability or results
The links we generate reflect the parameters of your request — they are not a live inventory check. Prices, availability, rules and final results are determined entirely by the third-party site at the time you visit. We make no promise that any result, price or option shown there will be available or accurate.
4. Affiliate links
Some outbound links may be affiliate links, meaning we could earn a commission if you book through them. This is at no extra cost to you and never changes the search parameters we build from your request.
5. Acceptable use
Please use Vacator only for genuine, personal trip planning. Don't attempt to abuse, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service, and don't use it for any unlawful purpose. We may rate-limit or block access to protect the service.
6. Intellectual property
The Vacator name, branding, and the app itself belong to us. Third-party names and logos (the travel sites we link to) belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify where a link leads.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of Vacator or from any third-party site you reach through it — including booking decisions, prices paid, or trips taken. Your dealings with those sites are solely between you and them.
8. Changes and availability
Because this is a beta, we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may update these terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continuing to use Vacator after a change means you accept the updated terms.
